Dry Ice Blasting kills E Coli, Listeria & Salmonella
Polar IceTech undertook research recently, in partnership with CAPPA and Enterprise Ireland, to prove international claims that Dry Ice Blasting kills dangerous food bacterium E coli, Listeria and Salmonella. The independent assessment was completed on substrates in common use within the Food & Beverage industry.
The results proved that almost 100% of all three bacterium were destroyed and, equally as important, the bacteria was not transferred onto adjacent surfaces.
