Dry Ice Blasting kills E Coli, Listeria & Salmonella
Polar IceTech undertook research, in partnership with CAPPA and Enterprise Ireland, to prove international claims that Dry Ice Cleaning kills dangerous food bacterium E Coli, Listeria and Salmonella. The independent assessment was completed on substrates in common use within the Food & Beverage industry.
The results proved that almost 100% of all three bacterium were destroyed and, equally as important, the bacteria was not transferred onto adjacent surfaces.
