Laminator Heat Plates become heavily contaminated with an accumulation of product in the production of PIR (polyisocyanurate) and PUR (Polyurethane). This build up reduces efficiency, increases end product scrap rates and requires laborious, time-consuming cleaning methods to remove. Dry Ice Blasting is an ideal solution to such methods, and is an efficient and effective process.

There is no need for disassembly, as Dry Ice Blasting cleans in place. It is also not necessary to cool the equipment before cleaning. As it is a dry, moisture free process, equipment can be immediately reintroduced to production.
